The automated service is stupid and delivery driver doesn't know that cr is county road so they didn't deliver my package now I have to go pick it up myself
We use UPS a lot for both shipping and receiving orders, both personal and business ... the staff at UPS has always been very helpful ... have no complaints about service for the past 14 years ..
The closest UPS to him is over 50 miles. I guess he will just keep it as there is know way for him to ship it back to me. .......... I would give UPS a zero star if I could. Very poor service.
I worked 27 years and service was all we had to sell. It sure has changed now. I shipped a small package from the local customer county a few days later I returned to get a call tag to have the package picked back up. The clerk said she did not do that. I talked to the center Mgr. he called customer service in Indy then he tells me I will have to U.S.P.S. mail a address label to the receiver of the package in order to have it picked up. Now how will the guy get UPS to come to his home to pick up the parcel ?

I've seen these guys driving in the snow. My neighbor's house has a long steep driveway and the UPS guy couldn't drive up it, so he stopped at the bottom, carried a large package, and walked THROUGH the snow up to their door. Now that's what I call service! :)
For the record we get deliveries three times a week or more out of this hub and we've never had any issues that i can remember. Even though these people are supposed to be rating the customer center and not the actual delivery service, I felt since it was getting such bad ratings that I should share my total lack of issues. Tracking status is updated Within a minute or two, driver arrives at almost the same time everyday, packages are never damaged. Maybe we just have a good driver, idk, but theyre doing fine as far as i can see.
The customer service center could be a bit more attentive, but I'm a somewhat patient person so that didn't bother me. After lost packages by the post office (without receiving my insurance back - I was out at least $100), I have decided to stick with UPS for package delivery.
