The McDonald's in Versailles is the best McDonald's I have ever been at in my life. Our experience with a lady named June was a very very nice lady very good worker very friendly and very helpful we were really happy I always come from Greensburg to go to McDonald's in Versailles
Gave me 2 free pies. They dumped my fries out and got new ones they had sit so long!! I WATCHED THEM GIVE THE CHICKEN NUGGETS OUT REPEATEDLY TO DRIVE THROUGH guess it was more important to keep the drive through going than to serve the person STANDING IN FRONT YOU!!!!!! BAD EXPERIENCE !! DIDN'T WANT PIES JUST MY SIMPLE ORDER!
Waited inside for my order and a 150 people got their orders before me while I waited. They kept giving the chicken nuggets to the drive through cars and said they were still waiting for more to get done. Waited for OVER 30 minutes plus on chicken nuggets my order # was 229 and when I finally got my order after repeated requests where was mine they were serving #379. 150 people got their orders after I ordered chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets!!
At least the drive thru people were on the ball this AM , with 14 orders for one van full of Amish . I will get to the point , I wouldn't eat here , but Im just the driver of these people ,( at least it was hot and not tepid). Of course the lobby wasnt open at 4:00 a.m. on website disclaimer , it would be better Value added customer service if updated hours were posted .
Ice tea, coffee, coke and quick service.
If you go to the drive thru between 6 and 7pm, you will be in line for 45 minutes. You're gonna have a bad time .
